Extended Maintenance Window: November 13-15

To support a major system upgrade, eCOI, eIACUC, eDisclose, BullsIRB, and BiosafetyNet will experience extended downtime beginning at 5:15 PM on Friday, November 13. Access to these systems may be unavailable intermittently throughout the weekend. We encourage users to plan accordingly and complete any time-sensitive work before the maintenance window begins. Welcome to the Applications for Research Compliance (ARC) portal. Compliance, Analytics, Risk & Ethics (CARE) administers key research-related assurance and compliance programs required by federal and state agencies and programs for the conduct of research at USF. This site enables the office to manage all aspects of the Institutional Review Board (IRB), Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and Conflict of Interest (COI) programs.
