University Closure

Please be advised that the University of South Florida will be closed for the Winter Break Holidays Monday, December 22, 2025, through Friday, January 2, 2026. All projects submitted during this time will continue to be placed in queue for review, but will not be processed until our office reopens on Monday, January 5, 2026.

Welcome to the Applications for Research Compliance (ARC) portal. The Office of Research Integrity & Compliance administers key research-related assurance and compliance programs required by federal and state agencies and programs for the conduct of research at USF. This site enables the office to manage all aspects of the Institutional Review Board (IRB), Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and Conflict of Interest (COI) programs.
